Who we are
Sexy-Escort.nl is an independent catalogue for verified escort services in the Netherlands. The platform runs on factoriai-cms, a multi-tenant content platform that also serves other European projects in the adult-classifieds space. The Dutch instance has been live since late 2025. This page sets out how we work, which standards apply and what a user can expect.
What we do
We publish listings from independent providers over 21 working legally in the Netherlands. Each listing passes through a verification process before going live: a photo attestation via a watermark and perceptual-hash pipeline, an identity check by manual review and — when in doubt — an extra ID check. Listings that don't pass the procedure don't get the "Verified" badge and are visibly distinct in the catalogue.
What we don't do
We are not a booking agency. We don't make appointments on behalf of clients or providers. We don't take a commission on individual bookings. We have no role in payments between parties. The catalogue is a discovery surface. Responsibility for the appointment itself rests with the client and the provider.
Legal context
Sex work has been a regular profession in the Netherlands since 2000. Independent sex workers aged 21 and over operate legally under general labour law. Municipalities can add a permit requirement for commercial venues. Amsterdam, Den Haag and Rotterdam apply this most strictly. Clients are not criminally liable as long as the provider is of legal age and not coerced. Suspicions of coercion or trafficking can be reported to Meld Misdaad Anoniem on 0800-7000.
Verification and moderation
Verification on this platform is not a self-claimed checkmark. Photos go through a perceptual-hash compare against the supplied ID. Identity documents are reviewed by a human moderator before the profile flips to "Verified". During the first months in Amsterdam we declined three applications on grounds of unverifiable age documentation. That experience is encoded in our current onboarding process. When in doubt we do a second-pair-of-eyes check before the listing reaches public visibility.
Privacy and GDPR
The catalogue processes the minimum personal data needed to deliver the service. Visitors can browse anonymously. Registered users can request account deletion through the settings panel; we execute the request within 30 days, subject to legally mandated retention windows. We don't sell provider contact data to third parties.
