Why we verify age

Dutch criminal law (Article 240a Penal Code) prohibits displaying images or audio recordings that may be harmful to minors. The European Digital Services Act (DSA, Article 28) further requires online platforms to take appropriate measures to protect minors from adult content.

How we verify age

On your first visit we display an age gate where you must explicitly confirm that you are 18 or older. Your confirmation is stored in an age_verified cookie for 30 days so you don't need to re-confirm on every visit. The cookie is validated server-side on every route serving adult content.

For advertisers placing listings we perform additional KYC verification (government-issued ID document plus a liveness selfie) before approving any profile for publication. See our editorial policy for the full procedure.

Uploaded photos

Every photo uploaded by an advertiser is automatically scanned via an external CSAM detection service (PhotoDNA or equivalent). This is a legal requirement under Dutch law (Intelligence and Security Services Act) and EU law. Photos that fail the scan are rejected immediately; suspicious uploads trigger a report to NCMEC and Dutch law enforcement.

If you suspect that a profile on this site shows a minor, or that a user is under 18, report it immediately via our abuse report form. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team within 24 hours; confirmed signals lead to immediate profile removal and a report to the relevant authorities.
