1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access or use this platform. By entering you affirm that you meet this requirement. We rely on your self-attestation; deliberately false attestation may constitute fraud under your local law.

2. User-jurisdiction accountability

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing or using this platform is lawful in your country, state, or other jurisdiction. The platform serves the same content worldwide and does not implement geographic blocking. If accessing adult-oriented content is restricted, prohibited, or requires additional formal verification where you are located, you must not access the platform from that jurisdiction. Use of the platform in violation of local law is at your sole risk, and you indemnify the operator against any claim arising from such use.

3. Permitted use

You may browse listings and create or claim a listing only if you are an independent adult provider, an authorised representative, or a visitor in good faith. The platform does not permit the posting of content depicting minors (any such content is reported and preserved per 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and equivalent laws), trafficked persons, or persons coerced into participating. Categories listed in our internal stop-list (CSAM, trafficking, controlled substances) are summarily removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Reporting abuse

Any user can report a listing for suspected abuse via the /report form. CSAM reports trigger immediate suspension of the listing pending administrator review. We work with law enforcement on credible reports and preserve evidence as required.

5. Verification & KYC

Some listings may carry a “Verified” badge, indicating that the listing's underlying identity-check has been reviewed and approved. Verification is performed by manual review (and, in a future phase, by an integrated identity-verification provider). The presence of a badge is informational and does not constitute a guarantee.

6. Payments

Where paid features are offered, payments are processed by third-party adult-billing providers (CCBill, Segpay, Verotel, or equivalent) on their hosted-checkout pages. The operator does not store your card data. Subscription billing follows the provider's lifecycle and the cancellation/refund policy published at the time of purchase.

7. Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform or notified to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
